Lopta Engineering (Pty) LTD is a proudly South African company that holds a BBBEE Level One status. Founded in 2021 by Mrs. Phindulo Findy Netshishivhe, a visionary Black South African woman, Lopta Engineering was born out of a commitment to contribute to the economic revival of South Africa, especially in the wake of the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
With a company registration number of 2021/788140/07 and a tax number of 9238447255, Lopta Engineering operates with the core
mission of addressing the critical issue of unemployment, particularly among the youth. Mrs. Netshishivhe was driven to establish the company as a means of creating opportunities and fostering entrepreneurship, in alignment with the South African government’s efforts to rebuild and strengthen the economy.
In collaboration with key partners such as the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and various parastatals like the National Youth Development Agency (NYDA), Lopta Engineering is dedicated to making a tangible difference. Our goal is to provide sustainable employment opportunities while delivering high-quality engineering services across various sectors. We are committed to excellence, innovation, and contributing positively to the communities we serve.
Business Development Strategy: Lopta Engineering aims to expand its market presence by targeting key industries such as mining,
construction, and energy. We will focus on building strategic partnerships with government bodies and industry stakeholders to
enhance our service offerings. By investing in workforce development, maintaining strong client relationships, and leveraging our BBBEE Level One status, we strive to position Lopta as a trusted leader in electrical and engineering services.
